The Infinity Tower is a 249-metre (817 ft) skyscraper by Meriton recently constructed at 43 Herschel Street Brisbane, Australia.[2] It has been the tallest building in Brisbane since surpassing Soleil in 2013.
It contains 81 levels of serviced apartments and residential apartments totalling 549 units.[3] It is situated on a relatively small site and is part of the North Quarter district of the Brisbane CBD. It is close to Roma Street railway station, King George Square, Queen Street Mall and the Treasury District. It is also close to the Kurilpa Bridge which gives access to South Bank Parklands and the Queensland Cultural Centre.
When measured by roof, the Infinity Tower is the fourth tallest building in Australia behind the Eureka Tower, Prima Pearl and the Rialto Towers which are all located in Melbourne, Australia. It is also currently the tallest building to roof in Queensland after surpassing the Q1 although the Q1 is still taller by spire.
Facilities available to tenants will include a spa, lap pool, private gym, sauna and an efficient lift system.[4]
Nearly two-thirds of the building's apartments had been sold as of February 2013.[5]
